Shipping Policy


Domestic Orders - USA

Siempre Baby is pleased to offer free USPS shipping on all domestic orders. Order arrives within 2-6 days after it has been shipped. Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames as unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen shipping time. Tracking information will be provided once we ship your order.

 

How soon will my item ship?

All domestic orders placed will be processed and ready to ship within 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next 2 working business days.

We ship to residential and business addresses only. We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes, APOs/ FPOs, or Freight Forwarding Facilities. Please triple-check your shipping address and information. Make sure that all fields are complete with the correct spelling. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.

 

Wrong Address

If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for lost packages or delivered packages. We will not re-ship, replace, or refund orders if lost for the wrong addresses. It is up to the client to give correct information. No exceptions.

 

Tracking Order

Upon receipt of your shipping confirmation email, you will have also received your order's tracking number. You may enter that number on the USPS website to track your order.

 

Returns

All purchases are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. You agree to carefully read product descriptions prior to making your purchase(s). If you have any questions please email us at info@siemprebaby.com and a member of our team will get in touch.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order has been delivered with a material defect (i.e., defective or damaged goods), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@siemprebaby.com. Please send us a picture of the damaged or defective item. The return item must be in original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Along with the returned item(s), include your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.

We guarantee that any damaged item upon arrival will be replaced. Once the item is returned we will ship the replacement. If the item is out-of-stock we will offer a full refund issued to your original method of payment.

 

International Orders

We do not ship internationally at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
